Executive and Administrative Services
Cardinal Point offers monthly Retainer Plans for its Virtual Executive and Administrative Services. Clients who contract with Cardinal Point on a retainer basis receive priority status. This provides clients with a dedicated bank of time for the month. Retainer clients always take precedent over hourly projects.
Cardinal Point offers four monthly Retainer Plans that reflect incremental discounts. Dependent on the number of hours retained, a client can realize from ¼ hour up to 6 hours of free services per month. Contracting on a retainer basis, allows for a partnership to be built between Cardinal Point and your business. This translates into a profit to our clients as less time will be spent on directives and more time on the actual work.

Retainer clients can realize substantial discounts. The incremental discounts in our Retainer Plans translate into free hours monthly for our clients.

Retainer packages are billed in advance on the 15th of every month. Monthly retainer hours do not roll over to the next month.
Invoicing & Payment Terms
Cardinal Point’s clients pay only for the exact time worked. We utilize MyHours to track time which works just like a stop watch. Time spent on projects are tracked and billed by the minute. Time billed includes but is not limited to: virtual time, telephone calls; conference meetings, research time related to task or project; local on-site time; and travel time.
Normal daily operating
expenses are the responsibility of Cardinal Point. Supplies
and materials related to projects and/or specifically requested by the
client will be billed at cost. Those expenses include but are
not limited to: envelopes, letterhead, long-distance
telephone fees, paper, postage, shipping charges, etc. Copies
of receipts will be provided at the time of billing.
Advertising and media
buys are paid in advance by the client prior to placement according to
terms of agreement between Cardinal Point, its client and the
advertising medium.
Cardinal Point does not
require a monthly time commitment for hourly projects; however, there
is a minimum of a one hour charge per invoice. Invoices are released on
the first business day of every month. Payment terms are
Net-15. Late penalties and insufficient funds’
policies apply.
